Fire Safety Plan Templates

Creating a Fire Safety Plan is a crucial step in ensuring the safety of employees, residents, visitors, and assets in the event of a fire. 

Fire Safety Plans are required for the following Occupancies:

Groups A or B - Assembly and Detention Occupancies - Schools, Arenas, Nursing Homes, Group Homes, Churches, Clubs, Libraries, Child Care Facility, Restaurants.

Group C - Residential Occupancies - where the occupant loads exceeds 10; apartments, homes and condominiums.

Group D - Business and Personal Service Occupancies - where occupant load exceeds 300; Banks, Medical and Dental Offices, Business Offices, Spa, Barber Shop or Hair Salon.

Group E - Mercantile Occupancies - where the occupant load exceed 300; Department Stores, Markets, Shops, Supermarkets.

Group F - Hazard Occupancies - Division 1 - where occupant load exceeds 25, Division 2 - where occupant load exceeds 100, or Division 3 - where occupant load exceeds 300.
